Reward points are based on each individual order. Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for rewards or reach higher tier.

Every eligible order earns points automatically once it is delivered. You can also earn by creating an account, following us on Instagram, sharing your tiffin, and completing a feedback survey.
Each tier rewards a different level of commitment, and the system automatically applies the highest tier your order qualifies for. The exact points and conditions for each one are listed in the Qualifying Criteria section above.
Points remain valid as long as you place at least one order within a 12 month rolling window. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, unused points expire.
Sign in, pick a reward in the Turn Points Into Perks section above, and confirm it. You get a discount code you can copy, and it is applied automatically at checkout. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points earned on a refunded order are reversed from your account. If you used a rewards discount on an order that was later refunded, your balance may show a negative adjustment until your next earning activity.
